Current Research Projects
The central mission of the REAI is to provide funding for interdisciplinary and interfaculty research efforts to improve the study and practice of real estate both domestically and abroad. We cultivate research projects that engage Harvard faculty and students from a wide range of disciplines in conversations about the future of cities and those investing in them. All members of the Harvard community are welcome to apply for research funding throughout the academic year. Grants will be made in November, February, and April of each year.
We also support the development of high-quality hands-on experiences for Harvard students studying real estate. Student work from studio courses and other projects will be available periodically on this site.
