Omran Habib Hayat

Omran Habib Hayat formerly served as Vice Chairman of Kuwait Hotels Company, Chairman of the United Warehousing and Refrigeration Company, and Managing Director of the United Real Estate Company, a publicly listed company with a focus on commercial, retail and hotel development in the Kuwait region. The United Real Estate Company also has international real estate exposure in both the United States and Europe. He has completed the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate at Harvard University and has a Master of Science degree in Project Management and Finance from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami. Mr. Hayat is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Kuwait Society of Engineers.
