Jan G. F. Eijkemans

Jan G. F. Eijkemans is the Managing Director International of Bouwfonds MAB in The Netherlands. Previously, he was General Manager of ING Real Estate Development in The Netherlands. As General Manager, Mr. Eijkemans was responsible for development activities in the United States, Australia, Spain, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, China, and residential development in The Netherlands. In July 2001 he was appointed Deputy General Manager of ING Real Estate. Since March 2000, he was General Manager of ING Real Estate Development, responsible for the international development activities. From 1998 until March 2000 he was Managing Director of Asset Management and was responsible for Asia and Australia. He was responsible for the launching of the I. P. Property Fund Asia and the ING Retail Property Fund Australia. From July 1996 until January 1998, he was Managing Director of ING Real Estate Iberica S.L., responsible for Spain and Portugal. In January 1996, he was appointed Principal Regional Manager of ING Real Estate International, the business unit of ING Real Estate, which is responsible for international development and investment activities. Prior to joining ING Real Estate, Mr. Eijkemans spent several years in the Philippines during the early 1980s identifying property investment and development activities. Mr. Eijkemans is an alumnus of the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate (AMDP) at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design and member of International Advisory Board of the Harvard Real Estate Academic Initiative.
