Miller Sustainable Partners, LLC which creates, designs, and develops hand-crafted, one of a kind, sustainable retail-driven, mixed use communities that addresses the needs of tomorrow's generation today. Henry is also President and CEO of Henry S. Miller Partners/Urban Partners which specializes in urban mixed-use and retail development, and is former president of Henry Loreto Bay Company, a company with a background in Commercial/Retail/Mixed-Use development. In addition, Henry has founded and has presided over several Dallas businesses including: Henry S Miller Interests, Inc; Miller Family Investments; Highland Park Village; West Village; and Henry S. Miller Companies. Henry devotes much energy to numerous civic roles In Dallas where he serves as Board Chairman of The Child and Family Guidance Foundation as well as Director in the following organizations: NEXUS Recovery Center; Museum of Art; SPCA; The Family Place; and The Real Estate Council. He is also Benefactor of The Center for Performing Arts, Board Chair of The Cityplace, and is an Executive Committee Member of the Uptown Public Improvement District. The real estate organizations Henry is involved in include: Trust for Sustainable Development; Institute of Real Estate Management; National Association of Realtors; National Association of Securities Dealers; Real Estate Syndication and Securities Institute.; Urban Land Institute; Urban Development Mixed-Use Council; and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
